Refunds & Returns

Fiber/yarn returns may be made within 90 days from purchase, provided the product is returned in the same condition as it was sold. The fiber/yarn must contain NO odor, smoke, or pet hair. Store credit will be issued. Wound yarn is your yarn. No return on needles or patterns. No exceptions!

All sales final on sale yarn. No winding of sale yarn.
